When you’re sitting at your desk, be present. When you’re talking to a client, listen deeply. And when you’re eating, enjoy the food as if it were your only focus. The more we practice being fully in the moment, the more we can enjoy life as it unfolds, without distraction or anxiety about what’s to come.
