Your breath is not optional. Treat it like a tool.
If your schedule feels like a runaway train, try this: sit still for two minutes. Inhale for four counts. Hold it for four. Exhale for four. Repeat. You donāt need candles, calm music, or perfect posture. You just need permissionāto pause.
Mindfulness isnāt about escaping life. Itās about meeting it. Fully. Calmly. Intentionally. Give yourself grace. You are not a machine. Youāre a masterpiece in motion.
