This Zen proverbââLet go, or be draggedââis a reminder that holding onto stress, regret, or control doesnât serve me. Iâve learned that the more I resist change, the more exhausted I become. But when I practice letting goâof expectations, of outcomes, of things I canât controlâI feel lighter and more capable of handling whatever comes next.
Right now, Iâm focusing on releasing unnecessary tension. Whether itâs a project that didnât go as planned or a conversation that didnât unfold the way I wanted, I remind myself that clinging to frustration only drains my energy. By choosing to let go, I free up space for creativity, clarity, and peace of mind.
đ§ Mindful Living Tip
A simple way I practice letting go is through the âExhale Releaseâ method. When I feel stuck on something, I take a deep breath in, acknowledging the tension. Then, as I exhale, I imagine physically releasing that stress from my body. This small but powerful practice helps me shift my focus back to what truly matters.
