Iāve realized that when I focus on what's missingāwhether itās a skill, a sale, or a breakāit only drains my energy. But the moment I shift to what I do have (my clients, my laptop, my quiet cup of coffee), something changes. I stop feeling stuck and start feeling grounded.
Gratitude doesnāt erase problems, but it softens them. It gives me eyes to see progress, not just pressure. And the wild thing? That shift often attracts exactly what I thought I was lacking in the first place.

Gratitude is not just a good feelingāitās a daily practice. And no, it doesnāt have to be a lengthy journaling session or a perfectly curated list.
