Iāve learned to take that breath before answering an email or replying to stress, and it changes everything.

This little one-minute reset is a powerful trick I use when I feel pulled in too many directions. It helps me find my center again. No apps needed, no fancy routine. Just breath and presence. Iāve used it before presentations, after arguments, and even while in line for coffee. It makes space for calm in the middle of chaos.
