Mindfulness starts with awareness, and one simple way to build that awareness is through a daily self-check-in. Hereâs how to do it:
Pause: Set a timer on your phone for a moment during your dayâmid-morning, lunch, or evening works well.
Ask Yourself Three Questions:
How does my body feel right now?
What thoughts are most present in my mind?
What emotions am I experiencing at this moment?
Acknowledge Without Judgment: Whether youâre feeling energized or drained, focused or scattered, simply notice it. Accept it as it is.
