Whew. That one hits like a cup of chamomile after a long, frantic day. We push so hard sometimes—chasing deadlines, chasing growth, chasing perfection. But here’s the truth I’ve had to learn the hard way: not everything deserves your peace. Your well-being is not a negotiable currency in business.
