This quote has walked with me through some hard chapters. When everything feels uncertain or heavy, I remind myself: the moment will pass. It always does. What stays is who we become while we’re weathering it.

Mindfulness helps me hold space for those hard seasons without losing myself in them. It reminds me to stay present, not to escape the discomfort, but to move through it with courage. And on the other side? I usually find a version of myself I’m proud of. One that lasted.

When things feel chaotic, I anchor myself by focusing on just one thing that’s steady. My breath. My feet on the ground. The way sunlight hits the floor. That simple presence reminds me: the tough moment is temporary, but this breath is real and right now.

Try it when the pressure builds. Choose one physical sensation and stay with it for a minute. That quiet awareness is your reminder that you are grounded, even if life feels like a whirlwind.

You are not your storm. You are the strength moving through it.
