This quote reminds me that clarity often appears only after the noise inside us fades. When my mind is filled with worries, plans, and constant activity, it’s hard to hear what I truly feel. But when I slow down and create space, my inner voice becomes gentle and clear. Mindfulness teaches me to soften the noise so I can reconnect with the wisdom already within me.
The soul speaks in calm moments—in the pause between breaths, in the stillness after a long day, and in the quiet spaces where reflection begins.
Find a Minute of Silence
Take one minute today to sit in silence. Close your eyes, relax your shoulders, and let your breath settle. Resist the urge to fill the moment with thoughts or tasks. Simply let the quiet be there.
In that stillness, you may notice a feeling, an insight, or a sense of ease rising naturally. Your inner voice often appears when you give it room to be heard.
