Like a gardener nurturing flowers instead of weeds, we can train our minds to seek beauty, kindness, and joy. What we water grows. The question is: are we watering negativity or positivity?

How to Shift Your Mindset to See the Good

Start a Gratitude Journal – Write down three positive things each day, no matter how small.
Reframe the Negative – Instead of saying, “This is awful,” ask, “What can I learn from this?”
Surround Yourself with Positivity – Spend time with uplifting people, read inspiring books, and listen to encouraging podcasts.
Pause Before Complaining – Ask yourself: “Does this complaint solve anything?” If not, let it go.
Celebrate Small Wins – Not every success is huge, but every step forward matters. Acknowledge it.
