Itโs not easy, but itโs worth it.

During those blocks, I silence my phone, close irrelevant tabs, and commit fully. Itโs amazing how much calmer and more accomplished I feel when Iโm not juggling ten things at once.
Give it a try this week. Even if itโs just for an hour, focus on one thing and watch your productivityโand peace of mindโsoar.
