Every time I read this line, it nudges me out of complacency. If I want more kindness, more equity, more calm, I have to model itâfirst in the way I speak to myself, then in how I show up for clients, friends, and even strangers in the checkout line. Big shifts begin with small, consistent acts.
The best part? I donât need a perfect plan or a massive platform. Simple, mindful choicesâlistening before I speak, keeping promises to myself, treating setbacks as teachersâripple outward. Change isnât distant or abstract; itâs living and breathing in the ordinary moments of today.
