Here are a few meditation practices that can help you dissolve the invisible walls of unawareness:

Body Scan Meditation: Take a few minutes to lie down comfortably. Slowly move your attention from your toes to your head, noticing sensations in each part of your body without judgment. This practice helps you reconnect with your body, dissolving the mental barriers that keep you disconnected from your physical self.
